Training coordination & administration
– Communication with external trainers and colleagues involved
– Preparing course materials and tracking attendance
– Logistical set-up of training sessions (physical & online)
– Creating reports on attendance and feedback
Recruitment
– Writing and promoting advertisements on various channels (online & offline)
– CV screening, telephone pre-interviews and appointments
– Ensuring clear communication with candidates throughout the entire process
Learning content support & employer branding
– Creative contributions to employer branding campaigns and recruitment strategies
– Prospecting for partnerships and talent attraction initiatives
– Support in the creation of learning materials (presentations, quizzes, guides) as well as employer branding materials
– Promoting learning and development opportunities through newsletters, emails and internal postings
HR project development
– Involvement in the development of onboarding and recruitment materials and processes
– Collection of relevant data and analysis for HR decisions
– Involvement in conducting internal surveys and interpreting feedback
Vei aduce pe mese fericire, cu a ta pregatire
- Completed or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Education or similar fields
- Previous experience (including internships) in HR, recruitment, training, L&D or communication – an advantage
- Clear, coherent, written and verbal communication (in Romanian and English – advanced level)
- Genuine interest in people development, organizational culture, modern learning technologies, recruitment and employer branding
